Welcome to Plate of Eight Health podcast, where I share the lessons learned on how to improve health and wellbeing. Working as a Registered Nurse for over 15 years has taught me that medication in itself does not treat our illnesses. It help treat us of our symptoms. But what we need is more, we need to make further adjustments to improve our health for the long run. We need to get to the root cause and become our own source of healing.
One of the ways is through good nutrition. I'm excited and passionate about empowering women to take their health in their own hands and create the life that they were meant to enjoy from it. And in addition to be able to pass on these great mindset and lifestyle habits onto their children.
