This episode brought me so much joy. I interviewed my friend and former trainer, Jabbaar Tobios and our intention for the episode was to talk fitness, but we dove into mindset and overcoming obstacles for a good portion of the episode. I’m totally good with that since making the choice to do what you want to do, regardless of what you see or experience is self care! We spoke about allowing our struggles to just be apart of our process and continuing on the path of what we want, and we also dove into easy ways beginners or de-conditioned people can start their fitness routines!

He’s been changing lives since 2003 through his work and specializes in Contest Prep, weightloss, strength training, Sports Training, kick boxing and MuayThai. He’s the head coach of this competition team, Team Phit, Qualified Mens Physique competitor and has placed 7th in the nation as a Top Amatuer Level Natural Athlete.
