In this episode I share my first guided meditation, “It’s Okay to Slow Down”. It’s about 12 minutes long, and the goal is to create time and space to sit, be still, and relax. I was inspired to create this meditation because connecting to stillness can be tough to do given how quickly the world moves. This is for those of you who need a moment to “woosah” so you can release unnecessary stress and tension in your body. The meditation starts at about 6:40. Enjoy!
