Nico Reynolds is one of the most vibrant and promising Chef of the local scene (in Ireland and UK). Famous for his "Al Fresco" cooking skills, you might recognize him from Social Media or TV. Nico is a Dublin born/raised but, has also lived in South America for a couple of years where he learned to speak Spanish.
"I grew up in Sandymount, County Dublin. My mother Doren was of Jamaican heritage and my father Andrew is from Strokestowm, County Roscommon." Reynolds, has an accent in English and another one in Spanish, not a better person to be the first guest of the podcast!
In this interview we talked about his growing career in media, his years living in Buenos Aires, his fascination for cooking outdoors and why "Dominguear" es una de sus palabras favoritas!
EP01 is in Spanish, challenging Nico to let his Argentinian accent flow and keeping myself in my language comfort zone. English? The next one, I promise!
