When Hip-Hop emerged, I was a young industry executive and that gave me a front row seat to what is now the biggest music genre ever. Today, we speak with a renonwed rap artist, radio star and entrepreneur Felicia Morris aka The Poetess. She released an album back in the day when female rappers were not as prevalent as today. Joining us is journalist Sheena Lester, who was an editor at Vibe Magazine, Rappages and has many jopurnalistic projects under her belt as an observer of hip-hop culture.
