Hello Luminous Souls, today's chat about duality is about all the crazy that has been going on in my life, but also our ability to have negative experiences, feel disappointment and frustration, and still feel loved, supported, and know that easier times will return.

I know the recording doesn't sound extremely debilitating, somehow the retelling didn't arouse the hard feelings I've been managing, but still I hope it shows our personal power and that how we respond to everything is a decision.
