This we are back at the Process and picking up where we left off at Step 3: Self-Love! This is actually my favorite step of the process because it’s where my clients always end up blowing their damn minds with how much growth they experience!! It’s so much fun to just see what is fucking possible with your life once you put in the work to FIRST understand yourself and accept yourself, flaws and all, AND THEN start to make changes in your life from a place of LOVE.    This step is all about learning how to do exactly that. At about 14 weeks into our pregnancy, we found out Baby Girl might be diagnosed with Down Syndrome. We are now at 25 weeks, her Down Syndrome diagnosis has been confirmed, and we have been figuring it out as we go ever since.  On today's episode, I wanted to share our story so far and answer a questions I have been getting from family and friends a lot recently. Today's topic was one that I really felt was important to share this week because it keeps showing up for SO MANY people I've talked to in the past week!  Which I tend to take as a message from the Universe that I should talk about it on the show! So here we are.  Today we are chatting about WHY slowing down is SO IMPORTANT, how slowing down can actually (suprisingly) end up helping you SPEED UP your healing/growth journey in the long run, and HOW to start practicing slowing down.  Slowing down is literally my number 1 piece of advice I give anyone and everyone who wants to building a stronger relationship with themselves, who want to reach their big goals but keep getting stuck somewhere, or who KNOW they want to heal odl or current wounds.
