03 - Step 2: Self-Acceptance
This episode we are diving into Step 2 of The Process that I use with my clients to help them uncover the Truth that is holding them back from reaching their goals and creating a life they LOVE. Step 2 is all about Self-Acceptance and learning how to stop and understand all the thoughts and emotions that inevitably come up when you start doing the work of facing your Truth. In this episode, I am talking about the importance of accepting and processing your thoughts and emotions around your Truth, as well as what can happen when we try to skip this step and jump to Self-Love without first understanding yourself on a deeper level. *TRIGGER WARNING* Please know that there is discussion of sexual Assault, rape and unintended consequences of unprocessed traumas.
