This week we are talking white lies, some bigger than others and a few hilarious backfires and parent fails. We've also got some great confessions, and a dad joke or two thrown in!
Starting off, we catch up with our weekly yay and nay - but Sam is captain negative and accidentally planned two nays and no yays!
Bec is yaying: Facebook memories of the kids and funny moments from Sam hurting himself while she was in labour.
Bec is naying: the silly sounds and songs we make up to keep the baby awake in the car when they're trying to go to sleep minutes from home!
Sam's nay #1: waking up to a three year old wanting to play and punching him in the face.
Sam's nay #2: is the kids birthday party chaos and sensory overload!
Catch a bad dad joke or three before we head into the confessional where we have:
- kids cutting their hair
- parents hitting their kids heads putting them in the car
- sending your kids to school when school isn't on!
Then we are right into all the white lie stories that were sent in -with bonus points for the ones that backfired!
We've got the usual Santa, Toothy Fair and Easter white lies, and then 'spicy' food, reverse psychology and mummy and daddy 'wrestling', just to name a few!
Laugh with us, subscribe and share this with someone who you think would love to laugh along too!
Come back next week and send us your stories as we ask the question: what's the creepiest thing your kid has said or done?
