And a snapshot of the final five Grow A Small Business Questions: The most challenging aspect in growing a small business  is not giving up, particularly when you're new to the entrepreneurial journey. Her favourite business book “Emeth" has been a game-changer book. While it may seem simple, its profound insights make it a must-read for anyone starting and growing a business. I highly recommend it as a foundational resource. I am an avid learner, and staying curious is key to entrepreneurship. I explore a variety of podcasts and online resources. Lately, I've delved into real estate, given our new venture of renting out my husband's dream tree house on Airbnb. There's a wealth of free knowledge out there, making the $250,000 investment in myself a worthwhile decision. One tool she would recommend to help grow a small business is Facebook ads, even with a basic $5 daily investment. Reflecting on past advertising experiences, she underlines the importance of engaging content that entices potential customers, emphasising the transition from attracting leads to effectively communicating with them. If I could advise my day-one self starting the business 17 years ago, I would emphasise starting with the end in mind. It's crucial to define the purpose behind the venture – whether it's financial success, family legacy, personal satisfaction, or stability.
