In this episode Dean Rogers discuss difficult things of being an Entrepreneur like he needs to figure something out on  his own. Were he doing sales? What was he doing It wasn't sales and that's why there wasn't that like big earning potential, it was more of like a consulting position technically. And so what he was doing in it in that position was nothing consulting wise, right It was all of that kind of like innovative stuff, but it resulted in that kind of pay structure.
