It comes in many forms, but for many, it centres around the fact that they don't fit in easily, that they can't do things as quickly as others, that they are letting grown-ups down, that they aren't good enough or deemed normal. Our children need to be guided through these sometimes intense feelings so they don't impact their well-being and future potential.
