About Dr. John La Puma

John La Puma, MD is a board-certified internist, a professionally trained chef , and the New York Times best-selling author of seven books, including RealAge Diet (HarperCollins) with Michael Roizen, MD and REFUEL: Shed Fat, Boost Testosterone, and Pump Up Strength and Stamina (Harmony).  He co-founded the popular brand ChefMD® and is considered the founder of culinary medicine, now taught in 70% of U.S. medical schools and worldwide.
