Tasmania, currently the last Liberal government in the country, will head to an election more than a year earlier than planned.
Yesterday, Premier Jeremy Rockliff announced that Tasmanians will vote on March 23rd, amidst claims that the parliament has become unworkable after two former Liberal MPs ditched the party and won’t agree to pass legislation.
