The Northern Territory Government is offering to buy back grocery store’s alcohol licences.
It’s the latest in a series of new measures aimed at targeting alcohol-related violence in the territory, after 20-year-old Declan Laverty was fatally stabbed while working at a Darwin bottle shop.
