Do you want a new direction in life but can’t take that first step? You are feeling uneasy, bored, challenged or scared to make changes. Sometimes it is difficult to find clarity and your clear path, or perhaps you’ve tried one path and it isn’t for you?
I’ve been there – faced with transition, wanting more but not really knowing what I wanted or how to go about finding my new direction. In fact, I’ve had several transitions in my life and I’m still learning how to overcome my fears and make the transition more comfortable.
Recently, I was honoured to be a guest speaker for Deb Johnstone’s Women Reinventing Midlife Summit and it is the topic for this week’s Micro Mondays. During the presentation I shared my thoughts and personal strategies to break through and how you can use these to start walking your new path.
You can hear the full interview over on the Women Living Well After 50 website. In this Micro Mondays episode I share my 3 top strategies to create your new direction in life.
