This episode explores the case of Sonya Ivanoff who was murdered in 2003. Sonya was a native Alaskan woman living in Nome Alaska. Her murderer turns out to be someone that Sonya should have been able to trust. We also discuss the crisis of not only missing and murdered indigenous women, but the lack of reporting of sexual assaults due to the lack of prosecution.
