Just some late night thoughts on why I think the Bar Exam is an impractical money grab and should be discontinued.

I’m about to start full time bar prep with Themis for the July 2023 Bar Exam. These are my thoughts going into it and I will do a few more posts to review my experience.

This is the first episode of a new concept where I just share my thoughts on wherever my mind wondered that day. This one is about whether I really feel like I am a "combat vet" compared to some of my friends who saw and did much more than I ever did. Reviewing an altercation that happened during a Constitutional Law class where I was ganged up on for saying that all things should be equal... Ironically I was only attacked because the context involved the military draft which is unequal treatmen for men.... apparently only some things should be equal...

Can the President be impeached after leaving office? Is there historical context or precedent to support it? Could Trump be prevented from seeking office in the future under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment?

Will Biden support new domestic terrorism legislation from Congress? If so, this will be a solid strike 1 for me. Also, I have a bonus question at the end about cancel cultute.

Arguing with myself over how amazing concepts like free speech, freedom of press, and the free market have been used for evil. Both sides of government and the media hold the brunt of fault in our current possible civil war over Donald Trump.

Multiple sources including the FBI and DOJ have confirmed an ongoing investigation into Hunter Biden that started over a year ago in 2019. Plus a Cyber Security specialist confirmed the meta-data on the original emails.

Briefly going over Trump's record on the 2nd amendment and the current new regulations pushed by the ATF to arbitrarily change definitions to ban firearms. Just one more reason to vote Gold in 2020 election.
