Without it, we are flying blind. We’ve all heard the saying that ‘no news is good news’, but when it comes to inspiring high performance, it’s just not true. In high-performance cultures and high-performing teams, leaders adopt a constant and daily habit of asking for and giving feedback, reinforcing the behaviours of their people that add value and bring us closer to meeting set standards.
