Mastering Your 30's

Alev Bakan

Every year has its ups and downs, lessons to learn, and memories to cherish; however, it also wears us out. Work, family and friends, and all other responsibilities can take our focus on everything but ourselves.

As I started to celebrate my 40s, I began to look back at my last decade. I realized that I sometimes used my energy, time, and attention to things that would not impact my life, did ridiculous things thinking to be “healthy,” successful, or happy, and started well-needed routines much later than I should. I also did lots of good things and gathered lots of experience.

That's why I created this podcast to guide women in their 30s about how to relax, enjoy the ride, and make investments for their future health, wealth, and well-being, and give them tips on everything that life brings on, from parenting and relationships to career and financial stability.

I will not do this guidance alone; I will have guests from all backgrounds and lifestyles tell us what they had done right, what they wish they had known in their 30s, and what message they would have for their 30-year-old self.

This podcast will guide you to discover your strengths and weaknesses, keep you accountable for the change you want, and leave you with the tools to adapt to future changes.

Eye Opening conversation with Christine Marie Quigless about Understanding, Managing, and Making Peace with Your PERIOD
Christine Marie Quigless, the Period Empress, developed a pragmatically driven, zero-substance, which = zero-risk, solution, to eradicate pain, PMS, irregular menstrual cycles, and symptoms of Graduated Period Problems through her proprietary system, Fierce Gentleness™ . The results of her work on herself (She is Case Study 3: left ovary removal, debilitating cramps, irregular menstrual cycles, extremely volatile PMS) and her clients prove that the womb is not broken, just out of balance, so we balance it and up-level our lives in the process. The world needs us at our full power: now, more than ever, and the graduation to our wholeness and to addressing and treating the causes of our period problems are within reach. I am so happy to talk about the period dilemma and all the ways we can normalize the talk of the period. Understanding the need for the different phases of our cycle, respecting our body, and arranging ourselves according to it can be one of our best self-respect methods. Christine's way of categorizing our cycle can be an eye-opening explanation of what is happening in our body and the best way to address it.
