At a time when we’ve spent more time apart than together, opportunities to have a chat and connect are more important than ever. In April 2021, three of the world’s largest religions celebrated a major festival around the same time. The convergence of those two ideas lead the team at ARK Centre to invite people from the Jewish, Muslim and Christian faiths to talk about their respective festivals - Passover, Ramadan & Easter - and in so doing look at what connects us more than separate us. The idea was to learn from each other, to break down some barriers, help people feel more included than excluded and even have a laugh along the way. With thanks to the support of the Victorian Government, the ARK Centre Presents…Let’s Talk became a reality. Due to lockdowns and the associated challenges, the finished Podcast took a little longer than expected but we got there in the end. Thanks to all the incredible people who made this possible.
