Hi! I'm Kris Ashley! I'm a coach, author, and speaker. When I was younger I went through trauma that severely impacted my life for a great many years. Then my life changed after I had a spiritual awakening. Over the past 20+ years I've studied everything from personal development, to the Law of Attraction, to Quantum Physics, to a multitude of healing modalities, and so much more.

I’ve collected so much knowledge from such a wide variety of sources and put it all into practice in my own life. The knowledge was seemingly unrelated, yet as I kept diving deep, patterns began to emerge and I started to realize that it was all connected.

Join me as I explore the intersection between personal development, spirituality, and science. Sunday Oliver has done shamanic work for decades, spent 28 years in the woods without electricity or running water to be more in touch with plants and the elements and weather. She also spent decades doing research on alternative health, especially plant medicines and neuroscience, and learning different healing modalities. Then she got a Mystery Illness, the kind doctors (and even most alternative health workers) have no idea how to heal. She was told that "get worse and die" was her prognosis. She translated my shamanic work into energy healing (she couldn't stand, talk, or think, so doing it physically was no longer an option). She dropped hundreds of symptoms. Now she combines logic with magic to help people who have chronic conditions that don’t get better. She’s created  programs that are designed for people without a lot of energy or time, and uses them to show people how to find their own way through. She also supports and teaches people who are sensitive, because these are the types of people who get the Mystery Illnesses. Empowerment is the basis of what she teaches.  She believes people with these conditions are actually the creative, sensitive people we need as leaders now.
