Today’s episode continues the theme of EASE affirmations. There were so many Holy Spirit led affirmations that came to me after completing my last episode. I felt led to create an additional podcast episode specific to these much needed affirmations.I am a good idea! I am my Heavenly Father's good idea! I am infinitely loved. I am valued, wanted, and treasured. The Lord and Giver of all good gifts created me to live on earth for this time and this place in His Story to be a gift to the world around me. Because every good and perfect gift Is from my Father in Heaven, I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I have been created with gifts inside me! I am a container filled with purpose. The gifts and treasures Father God put inside of me are for sharing His love with others. I carry gifts inside me the world needs! Using and sharing my unique gifts blesses my Heavenly Father and blesses others. Using and sharing my gifts is a way of showing my love in Christ to Father God and His love to others. Father God loves me and sees me as precious. There is nothing I have to do to earn His love. He accepts me fully and completely in the love and finished work of Jesus. My unique gifts, empowered by the treasure of Jesus in me, flow out to others through Holy Spirit wherever I go! The gift of Jesus living in me through Holy Spirit is the most powerful treasure in the whole world. In Christ, through the power of Holy Spirit, I am a vessel of the atmosphere of Heaven - the Energy, meaning the Word, and the Sound of Heaven Expressed on Earth. The following is an excerpt from my book, I AM A GOOD IDEA! I used The Message Translation when writing these affirmations.Before You shaped me in my mother’s womb, You knew all about me. Before I was born, You had holy plans for me (Jeremiah 1:5). Oh yes, You created me first inside, then out; You formed me in my mother’s womb. I thank You because I am breathtaking! Body and soul, I am fearfully and wonderfully made! I worship You and praise You in adoration because I have been marvelously made! You know everything about me; You know every bone in my body and every hair on my head; You know exactly how I was made, bit-by-bit, how I was sculpted from nothing into something. Like an open book, You watched me grow from conception to birth; all the stages of my life were spread out before You. The days of my life were all prepared before I’d even lived one day. Your thoughts are precious and beautiful to me, for the sum of them cannot be measured. I couldn’t even begin to count them - any more than I could count the sand of the sea. Long, long ago You adopted me into Your family through Jesus Christ. You took great pleasure in planning this! You wanted me to enter into the celebration of Your over-flowing gift giving by the hand of Your beloved Son, Jesus. Because of His sacrifice, His blood poured out on the altar of the Cross, I am free – free of penalties and punishments chalked up by all my misdeeds and mistakes. Not just barely free, either, abundantly free! You thought of everything, provided for everything I could possibly need, letting me in on the plans You took such delight in making. You set it all out before me in Christ, a long-range plan in which everything would be brought together and summed up in Him, everything in deepest Heaven, everything on planet earth. It’s in Christ that I find out who I am and what I am living for. Long before I first heard of Christ and got my hopes up, You had Your eye on me: had designs on me for glorious living, part of the overall purpose You are working out in everything and everyone. I was included in Christ when I heard the word of truth, the gospel of my salvation. Having believed, I was marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:4-13). You live in me and move in me. You don’t play hide-and-seek with me. You’re not far away; You’re near. You are my God and I am Your child. I leave the corruption and compromise; I leave it for good. I won’t link up with those who will pollute me. You want me all for Yourself. You are my Father: I am Your (son) (daughter) (Acts 17:28; 2 Corinthians 6:18). Your Spirit touches my spirit and confirms who I really am. I know who You are, and You know who I am: Father and child (Romans 8:14, 16). It is clear to me that You love me very much and have put Your hand on me – chosen me – for something special (1 Thessalonians 1:4). I am chosen by You, chosen for the high calling of Kingdom work: chosen to be holy, Your instrument to do Your work and speak out for You, telling others of the night-and-day difference You made for me – from nothing to something, from rejected to accepted (1 Peter 2:9). Since I am receiving a kingdom that cannot be destroyed, I am thankful and desire to please You by worshiping You with holy fear and awe (Hebrews 12:28). From the lips of babies and kids of all ages You have perfected praise. Nursing infants gurgle choruses about You; toddlers shout the songs that drown out enemy talk, and silence non- believing babble (Psalm 8:2). For the time has come when the true worshipers will worship You in spirit and in truth. It’s who I am and the way I live that counts before You. My worship must engage my spirit in pursuing (following or chasing after) truth. That’s the kind of person You are looking for: simply and honestly myself before You in my worship. You are Spirit. I worship You out of my very being, my spirit, my whole self, and in adoration (John 4:23-24). Your Holy Spirit will lead me into all truth. Because of You, He lives in me. I will obey Your commandments because I love You. Father God loves me. Jesus, You love me, and will reveal Yourself to me because I love You. You will never abandon me as an orphan. There are no orphans in Heaven, and through You there are no orphans on Earth. You have always loved me and You always will (John 14:15-18).104 Thank you, Father God. Thank you, Jesus, my Savior and Redeemer. Thank you, Holy Spirit, my Comforter and Teacher.Once again, I give You praise, glory, and honor that in Christ, through the power of Holy Spirit, I am a vessel of the atmosphere of Heaven - the Energy, meaning the Word, and the Sound of Heaven Expressed on Earth.

Today's episode is going to be specific to affirmations. I had a conversation with one of our daughters this week and she was expressing how important it is for people in the midst of everything of everything that's going on in the nations, to have a place where they have decrees of affirmations being spoken into them...being affirmed to them. So in today's episode, I am going to play a spontaneous holistic frequency infused piece while I also decree some affirmations that are true for all those who would believe...all those who would receive. Very powerful affirmations very much needed in a time when identity is being questioned, challenged, and debated; a time when so much of media tries to define - so many agendas in media, social media, in every one of the mountains of culture, whether it's government or education or even church and family, arts and entertainment, and business - where identity is being disputed; it's being warred over. When we would choose to believe and choose to receive the identity that our Heavenly Father has imparted to us through His Son, i.e. the perfected work of His Son, Jesus, that identity, that inheritance is ours if we would simply choose to rest in it, choose to believe in it, choose to receive it, choose to hope in it, choose to trust in it. Living with EASE is focusing on how our Heavenly Father sees us in the finished work of His Son - in that identity - in our inheritance in that identity. Those are the affirmations I would like to release, focusing on who the Father says we are; who we truly are in the spirit realm when we are seated in heavenly places in Christ. Our Heavenly Father always accepts us, receives us, loves us unconditionally through that finished work. Concluding today, I will recite, decree, affirm affirmations that are truth for the listener.I know who I am. I am God's child: Jehovah God, King of king's and Lord of lord's child. I am the Bride of Christ. I am Christ's friend. I am united with the Lord. I have been bought with a price. I am a saint set apart for God. I am a personal witness of Christ. In Christ, I am a son of the Most High or a daughter of the Most High. I am the salt and the light of the earth. The Kingdom of Heaven is within me. I am a member of the Body of Christ. I am forever free from condemnation...from shame...from rejection...from offense...from other's opinions of me - forever free indeed. I am a citizen of Heaven. I am significant. I am a treasure. I am a minister of reconciliation for the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. In Christ, I am truly free indeed. I have access to my Heavenly Father through the Holy Spirit. I am seated with Christ in the heavenly realms. I cannot be separated from the love of my Heavenly Father. I am established, anointed, and sealed in Christ. I am assured all things work together for good. I have been chosen and appointed to bear fruit. I may approach my Heavenly Father in freedom and confidence. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. The joy of the Lord is my strength. I am the branch of the True Vine...a channel of His life. I am my Heavenly Father's temple. I am complete in Christ. I am hidden with Christ in Jehovah God. I have been justified. I am a coworker of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. I am my Heavenly Father's workmanship. I have been redeemed and forgiven. I am adopted into the family of my Heavenly Father. I am a good idea! I am my Heavenly Father's good idea! Today's episode is about the EASE of SEEing others: the energy and sound of SEEing others.Scrolling through Instagram and Facebook feeds, being an avid reader of the latest and greatest hot off the press book, listening to a plethora of preachers, teachers, evangelists, prophets, and apostles, as well as a being a Spirit and Truth worshiper since the late 70’s, has highlighted a significant Kingdom truth in my spirit recently. As long as we choose to perceive others through our own eyes/experiences - through a mindset perspective that we alone have the only accurate current revelation and truth - that we alone are doing this thing we have in our sights on from the absolute only correct way to accomplish it, we continue to create a house divided…a people overflowing with lower resonating frequencies. Call it religion, call it denomination, call it a new wineskin, call it an old wineskin, call it performance, call it anointing - no matter what it’s called, if we are not edifying, exhorting, comforting and building up the Body of Christ, i.e. the Ekklesia, we’re releasing lower resonating frequencies that are detrimental to the overall health and wellness of the Kingdom on Earth. If we are pointing to Jesus and to His Kingdom, we are releasing higher resonating frequencies. In the mix of how we go about that we need to learn discern between the two, especially in this decade of PEI - the decade of the mouth and what we are speaking/releasing through our mouths. Life or death is in the power of the tongue. There are no grey areas in that truth - it’s one or the other. It's very black and white. The EASE, i.e. the energy and the sound of of SEEing others - not just the others in our immediate circles or of likemindedness - but the ‘others’ out there doing things very differently than what or how we've been called - many times in ways we don’t necessarily agree with, have been offended by, wounded by, etc.. Heaven’s perspective of each of them is the only way forward. A number of verses comes to mind specific to this topic: Luke 9:46-50 (AMP) says, “An argument started among them as to which of them might be the greatest [surpassing the others in esteem and authority]. But Jesus, knowing what they were thinking in their heart, took a child and had him stand beside Him, and He told them, “Whoever welcomes this child in My name welcomes Me; and whoever welcomes Me [also] welcomes Him who sent Me; for the one who is least among all of you [that is, the one who is genuinely humble—the one with a realistic self-view]—he is the one who is [truly] great.”John replied, “Master, we saw someone driving out demons in Your name; and we tried to stop him because he does not follow along with us.” But Jesus told him, “Do not stop him; for he who is not against you is for you.”1 Corinthians 1:10-17 (AMP) states, “But I urge you, believers, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you be in full agreement in what you say, and that there be no divisions or factions among you, but that you be perfectly united in your way of thinking and in your judgment [about matters of the faith]. For I have been informed about you, my brothers and sisters, by those of Chloe’s household, that there are quarrels and factions among you. Now I mean this, that each one of you says, “I am [a disciple] of Paul,” or “I am [a disciple] of Apollos,” or “I am [a disciple] of Cephas (Peter),” or “I am [a disciple] of Christ.” Has Christ been divided [into different parts]? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized into the name of Paul? [Certainly not!] I thank God that I did not baptize any of you except Crispus and Gaius, so that no one would say that you were baptized into my name. Now I also baptized the household of Stephanas; beyond that, I do not know if I baptized anyone else. For Christ did not send me [as an apostle] to baptize, but [commissioned and empowered me] to preach the good news [of salvation]—not with clever and eloquent speech [as an orator], so that the cross of Christ would not be made ineffective [deprived of its saving power].” I’ve been pondering this issue recently as it relates to the hour in which we live: megachurches verses house churches verses houses of prayer verses those with notoriety, fame, and following, verses those with no name. The Body of Christ has been a house divided since Jesus walked the Earth. Everything He addressed with His disciples back then has played out through His Story in every denomination, every move of God, and currently in this hour. From the political divide to the church age to the Kingdom age, from pastors and evangelists to apostles and prophets, why do we insist on ourselves and/or the movement we follow or lead or are led to pursue as being the only lens with the accurate revelation? I am absolutely certain that as long as intimate relationship with Jesus and seeing Him glorified on Earth as it is in Heaven is the end result, whomever, and however the process, He would say, “Well done, good and faithful servant.” The Body of Christ needs to start seeing others who are pointing to Jesus through the eyes of Jesus...through the eyes of our Heavenly Father in the finished work of Jesus. Period. He created a diverse people to learn how to come together with one heart in purpose: to be about our Father’s business…preparing for His rule and reign. I was given a revelation and have said for years that the Body of Christ, i.e. the Ecclesia, is a symphony orchestra. We need the woodwinds, the brass, the strings, the percussion, the specific piece we’re called to play, the composer or composers who wrote the pieces, and the Conductor. As long as the piece we’re playing is Jesus and His Kingdom within us, as long as Holy Spirit and the Word are our Conductor, why does it matter whether the woodwinds are a megachurch and the strings are a house church? Why does it matter if the percussion section is playing a new, spontaneous song -  an unfamiliar, new song while the brass section plays a familiar hymn or chorus? Why do we continue to judge one another and point critical fingers at what’s wrong with everyone else’s perspective or way of doing what Scripture reveals - whether it’s Church Age or Kingdom Age - current or end times - whether it’s the younger generation or the older generation? We are far too obsessed with criticizing, judging, being suspicious of, alienating, condemning, arguing, being critical of…division of a different kind because we are the ones that finally got it right this time? Isn’t the core of that lens division? Isn’t that exactly how the kingdom of darkness wants the body of Christ to be occupied?Heaven yearns to see the generations - plural - united in their pursuit of Jesus as Bridegroom and King. It doesn’t matter how they go about it, as long as it’s a hunger and a thirst to see Him glorified - to see His Kingdom come on Earth as it is in Heaven - to see lives encounter Holy Spirit Presence and walking in the glory to glory transformation of knowing Him intimately every hour of every day seeing Him invade every aspect of day to day life in this realm. I ran across a recent Mike Parsons of Freedom Arc quote on this very topic. “Let’s learn to appreciate our own gifting. And the reciprocal argument is also valid: let’s acknowledge that people with different gifts to us will think and operate in ways we just don’t understand. We need to learn not to be frustrated, but to appreciate them too! This is part of a culture of honor. We will more readily live in harmony if we recognize that God has hard-wired each one of us to respond to Him in a unique fashion. In music, harmony is created when a number of different but related notes are played together to create a really pleasing sound. We are not all the same, but God has called us to relate together.Getting a handle on this can be really helpful if we are working in a team on any kind of project because we can assign tasks to individuals in line with their gifting – and avoid asking people to carry out tasks for which their gift is not suited. Let’s learn to honor the different gifts in one another and receive the blessing and benefits which those gifts confer. Yet how many of our churches function in ways that reward those who conform and marginalize those who don’t? How would it be if we were to learn instead to prize distinctiveness rather than uniformity, as God does, and to see how beautiful diversity can be in making us a ‘whole church’?" again, that last quote was from Mike Parsons of FreedomArc.orgAs long Jesus as the Word, our King, our Bridegroom, our Redeemer, our Deliver, our Healer, and Restorer and as the Repairer of the Breaches is being preached, worshiped, glorified, and pursued, the symphony is playing the right song. It’s NOW time to close the divisive doors. It’s time to advance the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth, but absolutely not by putting down those we deem as competition or those who have wronged us somehow. It’s time to stop focusing on the negative aspects of the other sections of the orchestra in order that our section be the star. Let’s simply get about being the best instrumental section we can be, wholeheartedly following our Conductor with the specific song and the specific part He has called us to play. The EASE of seeing others through our Heavenly Father’s eyes in the finished work of Christ - those who seek and trust in Jesus through a plethora of different means, and those who need to be introduced to knowing Him - letting Holy Spirit be the Conductor. Holy Spirit alone convicts/corrects our wrongdoings - our sins, missteps, and shortcomings, our need of repentance as spirit beings living this life in earthly bodies. It's the lovingkindness of God alone that leads people to want to change: to repent and go in a different direction. Our call is to love - to not be the noisy gong and the clanging cymbal that Corinthians talks about, but instead, to love with the love of the Son, to love with the love of the Father, to love with that love one another. Our calling is to love with that love in Christ: a love that encourages, edifies, and comforts. Period. The EASE of SEEing others, the energy and the sound of SEEing others in that light is what we are called to express. Then and only then will Jesus get His unanswered prayer for such a time as this!John 17:20-23 (AMP), “I do not pray for these alone [it is not for their sake only that I make this request], but also for [all] those who [will ever] believe and trust in Me through their message, that they all may be one; just as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may believe [without any doubt] that You sent Me. I have given to them the glory and honor which You have given Me, that they may be one, just as We are one; I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected and completed into one, so that the world may know [without any doubt] that You sent Me, and [that You] have loved them, just as You have loved Me.”I conclude today with a Holy Spirit led spontaneous holistic frequency infused instrumental piece in 396 Hz. I woke up from a dream with a vivid vision this morning, and am stirred to encourage you in this podcast. My dream and vision are specific to bringing EASE strategies - EASE solutions - to individual, family, relationship, work, community, and national problems that we are currently encountering every day. In my dream, I saw children dancing on a large floor map of the world. They would move around to different nations/different parts of the world and proceed to dance, sing, pray, and worship on behalf of those nations…specific to each nation. For the children in my dream, there wasn’t any fear of war, rumors of war, fear of sickness, disease, economic or poverty issues, strife or division, etc.. Instead, they saw, felt, and released joyous songs with intentional and beautifully expressive movement. I could literally see and hear the gloriously colored and varied frequencies being released through these children into the atmospheres of these nations. Children naturally hear and see what is needed - the solution - they see and hear the solutions to the needs - and they call it forth…they sing about it…they dance it…they draw it…they build it…they play it...they pretend it…they express it. Children inherently focus on EASE - the energy and sound required or needed to express the solution.  Psalm 8 (TPT) gives testimony to the interpretation of my dream. "Yahweh, our Sovereign God, your glory streams from the heavens above, filling the earth with the majesty of your name! People everywhere see your splendor. You have built a stronghold by the songs of children. Strength rises up with the chorus of infants. This kind of praise has power to shut Satan’s mouth. Childlike worship will silence the madness of those who oppose you. Look at the splendor of your skies, your creative genius glowing in the heavens. When I gaze at your moon and your stars, mounted like jewels in their settings, I know you are the fascinating artist who fashioned it all! But I have to ask this question: Why would you bother with puny, mortal man or care about human beings? Yet what honor you have given to men, created only a little lower than Elohim, crowned with glory and magnificence. You have delegated to them rulership over all you have made, with everything under their authority, placing earth itself under the feet of your image-bearers. All the created order and every living thing of the earth, sky, and sea— the wildest beasts and all that move in the paths of the sea—everything is in submission to Adam’s sons. Yahweh, our Sovereign God, your glory streams from the heavens above, filling the earth with the majesty of your name! People everywhere see your splendor!" Another example of EASE strategies is found in the book of Daniel. Daniel knew that God had promised His people freedom from captivity. He focused on freedom as the necessary solution in faith. As Daniel did his part to wholeheartedly focus on expressing the energy and the sound of freedom, angels went about warring in the heavenly realms to bring forth his manifested answer...the manifested answer that his nation needed. I can point out example after example in Scripture of this EASE strategy…where individual after individual focused on expressing the energy and the sound of the solution. Esther, Deborah, Joshua, Caleb, Hannah, David, Mary, John, Jesus Himself, Peter, Paul…and on and on…As we move forward in the NEW we have entered into, we must shift our perspectives to see and hear Heaven’s solutions for each and every one of earth’s problems. Hearing the media repeat the problems over and over and over again, continually releases only lower resonating frequencies that are suffocating, depressing, fearful, and destructive. This does absolutely nothing to resolve the critical issues with which we are contending individually, as families, as communities, and as nations in this hour. Living with EASE is about learning to see, hear, speak, think, and intentionally express the energy and the sound of the solution - that which expresses life, love, joy, peace, health, wholeness, kindness, unity, and so much more into our atmospheres - the higher resonating frequencies we were created to receive and to release...to express. Living with EASE involves a major shift away from focusing on the problems and issues of this natural life, and a deliberate intentional shift toward seeing, hearing, thinking, speaking, feeling, and living in the solutions…the strategies for Living with EASE.Be abundantly blessed as I activate this EASE strategy with a Holy Spirit led spontaneous holistic frequency infused piece in the musical key of Bb with an A 444 Hz tuning.

I plan to share topics in Living With EASE that I have personally had to walk through. I want to share from the context of authenticity and victorious overcoming. Today’s topic is ‘Letting Go.” Letting go is a significant piece of learning to Live With EASE. Letting go is oftentimes difficult because it requires intentional energy on our part regardless of whether what we’re holding onto has come to a desired result from our perspective or not. It also carries with it a very distinct sound in the spirit realm. Letting go requires expression and/or releasing both the energy and the sound where origins and roots are more than likely deeply embedded. In order to move forward, however, letting go is very much required. Letting go involves both intentional and deliberate expended energy towards closing a door, or doors, to whatever is keeping us bound to the past or maybe even to the present - We may or may not want to close these doors, but closing them is a requirement for the path we’re on and for the path ahead. Closing doors is extremely difficult. Walking onward and away from closed requires even more intentional and purposeful energy. It involves learning to listen for and expressing a new and different sound. Letting go encompasses memories, people, places, relationships, gifts, desires, dreams, skills, offenses, unforgiveness, bitterness, resentment, the need to see or feel vindication, etc…things, people, circumstances and emotions we have held near and dear in our thoughts, minds, spirits, and souls over the course of time; oftentimes years.  Letting go, however, is the only way forward at this juncture. It’s the only way to Living With EASE. We need to literally hear the sound of the door closing behind us; to feel the energy expressed or expended in actually closing the doors to all that’s behind us in the past…to all that’s hindering us in our present. Living With EASE manifests when we stop living and looking in the rear view mirror; when we shift our focus strictly to what’s on the road directly in front of us. Letting go involves intentional focus on looking ahead: perceiving, discerning, and expending energy in order to hear the sound of what is literally right in front of us, as well as ahead in the not-to-far distance. Living With EASE requires our driver’s seat perspective to retrain our eyes - to shift our thoughts away from looking at the left rear view mirror or at the right, rear view mirror or at the rear view mirror just above our windshield vision. Rear view mirror perspective is defensive - it focuses on trying to avoid something unexpected coming at us from behind or at us from the sides. Instead, we need to shift into wholeheartedly and intentionally focusing our energy offensively looking straight ahead…offensively listening for a new sound. In that light, we are then able to avoid things that would otherwise become more things we would have to let go of.We are currently in a season, where cooperating with letting go of ALL we cannot change or control, including and especially the reactions and responses of other people…and yes, even those who are near and dear to us…forgiving, forgetting, releasing, blessing, closing the doors - literally hearing the sound of those doors closing - walking away from all that we let go of behind the doors we just closed, and then making intentional movement , i.e. energy forward to see the new doors and hear the new sounds needing to be expressed…trusting and believing in faith there is good and better doors and sounds on the path ahead. It’s a NOW time to do a prophetic act of literally closing the door to the past - closing the door to the foxes that are stealing from both the present and the future…to make a deliberate effort to hear the sound of the door closing. Then take another step…forward. Open the new door right in front of you - hear the sound of the new door opening and step through it, all the while remembering you shut the previously door and heard the sound of that door closing behind you…you heard the sound of opening the door you just stepped through. It may also be a good idea to close the new door behind you so there’s literally no looking back…no going back. It’s finished. It’s NOW time to move forward in Living With EASE.  *Ecc. 3:6 (AMP) says, “A time to search and a time to give up as lost; A time to keep and a time to throw away.” In the pursuit of Living With EASE, we are in this season.   *Is 43:18-19 (TPT) states it similarly, “Stop dwelling on the past. Don’t even remember these former things.I am doing something brand new, something unheard of. Even now it sprouts and grows and matures. Don’t you perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and open up flowing streams in the desert.”  *Phil. 4:6-7 (TPT) tells us to not, “be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing. Be saturated in prayer throughout each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with overflowing gratitude. Tell him every detail of your life, then God’s wonderful peace that transcends human understanding, will guard your heart and mind through Jesus Christ.”  *Prov. 3:5-6 (TPT) tells us, “Trust in the Lord completely, and do not rely on your own opinions. With all your heart rely on him to guide you, and he will lead you in every decision you make.Become intimate with him in whatever you do, and he will lead you wherever you go."  Letting go…closing the doors to the past - to what’s behind us…requires strength. Both 2 Cor. 12:8-9 (TPT) and Phil. 3:12-14 encourage us with not having to do it in our own strength: “Three times I pleaded with the Lord to relieve me of this. But he answered me, “My grace is always more than enough for you, and my power finds its full expression through your weakness.” So I will celebrate my weaknesses, for when I’m weak I sense more deeply the mighty power of Christ living in me.”  *Phil. 3:12-14 (TPT), “I admit that I haven’t yet acquired the absolute fullness that I’m pursuing, but I run with passion into his abundance so that I may reach the purpose for which Christ Jesus laid hold of me to make me his own. I don’t depend on my own strength to accomplish this; however I do have one compelling focus: I forget all of the past as I fasten my heart to the future instead. I run straight for the divine invitation of reaching the heavenly goal and gaining the victory-prize through the anointing of Jesus.: I pray you are encouraged today in a journey of Living With EASE. You are not alone in this letting go season. Be encouraged and strengthened as I conclude in a holistic frequency infused Holy Spirit led spontaneous instrumental piece encouraging you as you let go. Living with EASE involves choices. Everything in life is about choices. Every choice involves either higher frequencies or lower resonating frequencies. We get to choose which. How? We choose with our thoughts, our words, our responses, and our actions every hour of every single day. Our choices are significantly impacted by the worldview we choose to see this life through. Our personalities, i.e. our grace gifts, also impact our choices: whether we are wired to see life through the lens of leadership, teaching, serving, giving, encouraging, mercy, or prophesying.   We choose to love over hate. We choose joy over sadness. We choose peace over anxiety or fear (sometimes chemical imbalances impact both our joy and our peace, requiring medical intervention - another choice). We choose patience over impatience. We choose kindness over unkindness. We choose goodness over evil. We choose faithfulness and loyalty over betrayal. We choose gentleness over harshness. We choose self-control over unrestraint. We choose trust over mistrust. We choose hope over despair.  We choose wisdom over foolishness. We choose understanding over judgment. We choose counsel over thoughtlessness. We choose strength over weakness (quote Nehemiah 8:10). We choose knowledge over ignorance. We choose awe over irreverence. We choose honor instead of disrespect. We choose obedience over disobedience. We choose gratitude over unthankfulness. We choose humility over pride. We choose maturity over childishness. We choose life with our thoughts, our words, and our actions. Life and death are literally in the power of the tongue – we get to choose (Proverbs 18:21).  We choose clean eating over junk food. We choose to exercise over inactivity. We choose to put things into and on our bodies that steward good health over contributing to disease, addictions, abuse, etc…We choose with whom we desire relationship that contributes to overall wellness and abundant life over those we choose to distance from. We choose forgiveness in relationships over resentment or bitterness. Choosing forgiveness, as well as repentance for our negative choices, majorly contributes health, well being, and Living With EASE.  Life is 100% about choices, and we are always responsible and accountable for the choices we make. When our choices negatively affect others, we cross a line that is not ours to cross in a similar way that other people’s negative choices adversely impact us. We especially cross that line when our choices adversely affect the children we have been gifted and called to steward and protect. Whether those children are in the womb, in our homes, in our care, or in our classrooms, we are both responsible and accountable for our choices and how those choices impact our children. We must purpose deliberately and intentionally to choose wisely on behalf of the next generation and their ability to Live With EASE…always.   There are always exceptions that impact our choices and Living With EASE, that would include medical issues, traumas, tragedies, etc., but for the most part, this life is all about our choices; choices that should always result in life for both ourselves and those our choices impact. We were created to choose life. We are called to choose life. We are accountable to choose life. If we choose life-giving choices, life will be the result.  We become what we behold, therefore, if we’re beholding love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control, wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge, awe, honor, healthy, obedience, gratitude, humility, forgiving, etc. then those attributes are what we become. I will add wholeheartedly that it is never “by power and not by might, but by Holy Spirit” that any of the beholding actually transforms into becoming (Zechariah 4:6).  Impacting our choices and becoming what we behold involves renewing and transforming of our minds:  Romans 12:2 (TPT), “Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in his eyes.”  2 Corinthians 10:5 (TPT), “We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One.”  Our Heavenly Father from the onset created mankind for relationship. Choice was an integral foundation to that relationship from the very beginning. He wants us to choose relationship with Him. He chose to send His only Son to make a way for us to choose relationship with Him. We are immeasurably blessed to be able to choose the spirit of sonship over the orphan spirit we are all born with in this natural life. We get to choose to mature in His Word over remaining as infants (Hebrews 5:12). We get to choose continually being filled with Holy Spirit. We get to choose Jesus as King and Lord on the throne of our lives and hearts over self.  When we choose to behold ALL that Christ has purchased on our behalf, we become ALL that our Heavenly Father dreamt for us and made a way for us to fully be. We choose to be filled to overflowing with all of the higher resonating frequencies of the atmosphere of Heaven 24/7 over the plethora of negative lower resonating frequencies of life’s trials, tribulations, and circumstances. Today’s episode will discuss the effects of music and frequencies on the overall health of the human body.  There are numerous research studies that confirm the significant physical impact of frequencies on our bodies, minds, souls, and spirits. These studies include music in specific Hertz tunings decreasing heart rate, improving sleep, improving psychological and physical outcomes, significantly decreasing cortisol and anxiety levels, significantly benefitting and impacting the brain, learning, and health, etc.. Beautiful uplifting music can even help to repair brain damage and return lost memories. Music inspires creativity and imagination, discipline, increases confidence, improves self-esteem, literacy and numeracy, self-expression, mental health, self-worth, good behavior, harmony, inspiration, and positivity.  Science has additionally documented the molecular structure of water in response to frequencies. Specifically, perfect and beautiful water crystal formations in response to beautiful music in alternative tunings, such as Bach or Mozart, as well as to positively spoken words, while deformed and unsightly in response to heavy metal or rap music and negatively spoken words. Did you know that the human body is comprised of 60 - 80% water? Think about what I just said science has documented and then put that in relationship to the human body being comprised of 60 - 80% water. According to H.H. Mitchell, in the Journal of Biological Chemistry #158: the brain and heart are 73% water; the lungs are 83% - 90% water; the skin contains 64% water; muscles and kidneys are 79% water; the blood is 82% water; the skeleton is 22% water; cells are 90% water; and even the bones are watery at 31%. Much of the research previously mentioned contains powerful implications specific to the music we allow to permeate our atmospheres, i.e. our bodie, minds, souls, and spirits, and the words we speak to and about one another; to the profound impact on our overall health on a daily basis. Emotions and intentions are additionally frequencies that similarly impact our health. Anger can weaken the liver, grief can weaken the lungs, worry can weaken the stomach, fear can weaken the kidney, and stress can weaken the heart and brain. What we eat, drink, speak, think, allow in/take on, and feel impacts our overall health on a multitude of levels because it’s all frequencies! These frequencies impact our organs, tissues, muscles, systems, and cells. What we watch, listen to, read, the people we hang out with, the things we subject ourselves to all impact the overall and individual complexities that comprise us being healthy individuals. We have been created to generate, receive, and respond to frequencies. Frequencies affect our sense of well-being. The unseen realm is far more real than the seen dimension with regard to its impact on our daily life and well being. Our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health is dependent upon us focusing on all that is authentic and real, honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind; on every glorious work of God, giving Him praise and thanksgiving. When we worship and when we pray, we generate and release electrical magnetic frequencies, in other words, energy, power, might, anointing, etc. that literally heal our bodies and our cells because Holy Spirit Presence alone heals. Praise and thanksgiving raises both our frequency input and output. For today’s podcast, I would like to provide a brief introduction to immersive restorative sound experiences.Everything is frequencies. From ‘God spoke the Word,’ to ‘Holy Spirit hovered over the Earth,’ to all of the quantum laws the Creator of the Universe established when He created the Heavens and the Earth - it’s all frequencies. Every thought, emotion, spoken word, and action is either receiving or emitting frequencies. Without the transforming and renewing power of Christ, the frequencies are sourced in the natural realm, which primarily dwells on negative, lower resonating frequencies that lead to lack, destruction, and disease. My assignment as His Kingdom psalmist is to release the atmosphere of Heaven as I ‘come up higher’ following Holy Spirit as the Conductor into the higher resonating frequencies, i.e. the sounds, colors, fragrances, tastes, and movement of all that Christ has purchased on our behalf as we are seated in Heavenly places in Him. Holy Spirit directed me to record instrumentally so that He could be the One communicating intimately with each treasured individual (as opposed to the multitudes of words permeating our atmospheres 24/7 impacting what we think and how we feel). Tapping into the song our Heavenly Father is singing over us in the NOW releases His higher resonating frequencies - all that He is in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge, awe, holiness, worthiness, glory, and infinitely, immeasurably so much more. Releasing His EASE (Energy And Sound Expressed) into the DIS-EASE of our earthly existence.I play and record spontaneously by Holy Spirit leading using holistic alternative frequencies, tunings, and settings. When I work with individual sound therapy clients, I use VoiceBio software to reveal a musical plan of frequency needs derived from the client’s vocal cords. The VoicePrint additionally provides a plan for colors, oils, spices, teas, flowers, vegetables, and gems. I then use Music Bible Writer software to transcribe a NOW word from Scripture for each client, as I weave it into their individualized and personalized instrumental piece. The Lord alone comforts, heals, empowers us to forgive, let go of stuck grief, break off generational cycles, be fully restored, etc..
