Hi everyone at Agnieszka of A1 ALGARVE REAL ESTATE  coming to you today about a hot topic on a hot market it is beginning March 2022 and consistently for the last several months if not may be more than a year we’ve been in what could be described as a very hot market and what that means is it’s a sellers market and often times when you put an offer in on a home it’s going into multiples .It has been a while since our last podcast program!We had to take a break because of the amazing amount of BUYERS coming our way to invest their cash money. The difference between buying a house in Portugal being a resident or not depends on the purpose of the house. If you buy a house to live in Portugal, you are buying a permanent home and are a resident, but if you do not live in Portugal and you buy property there it will count as a second home.
