Instructor training is an important part of becoming an instructor. Who you learn from being pivotal in ensuring you get the best start possible.  However, after reading responses from some of you in our survery and the feedback at the conference recently was that there is a lot of what to teach going on, but not a lot of why. So in this episode I want to discuss this and look at ways we can train our instructors better which will flow onto better flight training for everyone.
