- Do a walk-thru, find vulnerable areas, clearly label entrance doors, hallways, classrooms, etc…
- Child Safety.
- Check-in, window in the doors, physical guard, and background checks.
- Lock the church doors during the service, but keep a person nearby to let people in.
- Have an easy way to communicate a concern you have to a security team member.
- Engage shady people.
- Ask questions, look in the eyes, etc.
- Have someone shadow them.
- Love them!
