Chad hails from Nashville, Tennessee, and brings with him a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. With degrees in Finance and Accounting, Chad began his professional journey selling copiers door-to-door at Xerox. Seeking to control his destiny, he transitioned into real estate, starting with wholesale and fix-and-flip properties. Over the years, Chad scaled his operations to include extensive commercial properties, leading to the acquisition of nearly 400 homes and a portfolio that encompasses 25 commercial transactions, 14 syndications, and approximately $130 million in assets under management.
